Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of Lunagraph, including lunagraph.com, the hosted app, desktop app, editor, API, waitlist, preview, and support experience. Lunagraph is operated by Twill LLC.

By using Lunagraph, you agree to these terms. If you are using Lunagraph on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You may use Lunagraph only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the content, files, prompts, code, designs, and other materials you submit or create through Lunagraph.

You may not misuse Lunagraph, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it to violate the rights of others.

You are responsible for the services, accounts, integrations, and collaboration links you choose to connect or use with Lunagraph.

Lunagraph may be offered as a private preview, beta, waitlist, or early access product. Features may change, break, or be discontinued as we develop the product.

We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access at any time, especially to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Lunagraph. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and operate that content so we can provide and improve Lunagraph.

This license includes the rights needed to process content, inputs, outputs, files, designs, prompts, feedback, and related materials you choose to provide or authorize for a requested workflow.

Lunagraph, including its website, product design, software, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by Twill LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Lunagraph may use AI systems and third-party model providers to help generate, transform, inspect, or edit designs and code. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsafe, or unsuitable for your use case.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing, and validating any generated output before relying on it or shipping it.

Lunagraph may integrate with third-party services such as authentication, analytics, payment, storage, email, scheduling, GitHub, AI model, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Lunagraph is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
