We work with you like a co-founder, not a vendor
We're founders ourselves with deep technical and design backgrounds. We've built and shipped AI products, so we think with you, not just take orders. We're in your Slack like a team member: daily updates, quick huddles to sync, and design that drops straight into your codebase. Less like hiring an agency, more like adding a design co-founder to the team.
How is this different from a design agency?
With most agencies, you have to know exactly what you want, write the brief, and manage endless back-and-forth. It's slow, and you end up doing the thinking for them. We're the opposite. You don't need the answer; figuring it out is the job. Hand us "here's Q2," or get specific. Either works. We come back with a direction, not a list of questions.
Why not just use Claude or v0?
Because you'd be babysitting it. Generating screens is easy. Knowing which one is right, why users drop off, and what your product should even be is the part that needs judgment. We take it off your plate entirely. And it's not about making things pretty. It's the flows, the thinking, whether users actually reach the value.
So what do you actually do?
Websites, product UI/UX, branding. And everything that orbits those: graphics, animation, marketing assets, the occasional video. If it's design, we probably do it.
We hand you code.
Every design, every screen, every state, written as production code that drops straight into your codebase and ships. You still get a canvas to click through and a prototype to share, but the canvas is made of code, built in Lunagraph, the tool we're developing and using on every project. No Figma-to-code translation. No nuance lost in handoff. The design you approve is the design your users get.
Do you use our components or make new ones?
Both, depending on what you have. If you've got a design system, we design with your real components, your tokens, your prop structures. Not lookalikes. Tell us your data shape and you get components wired to match.
Starting fresh or rebranding? We build on shadcn, so everything is yours to keep, copy, and extend.
UI is becoming conversational, generative, and personalized
That shift is bigger than interfaces alone. It requires design and engineering to work with the systems underneath: data models, product logic, state, and the rules that make the experience feel coherent.
